My name is Owen Hopkins, and I am a personal trainer in Olympia Washington. I train in my own home and have been doing so since early 2019. Over those few years I have trained a variety of clients and aim to train anyone who has goals they want help meeting. From high caliber athletes, to people hoping to build strength or loose weight after an injury, to people hoping to gain or maintain mobility.
Every client is offered a free first session to talk about goals, and do a basic physical assessment.
The goal is to make a workout plan for you. I want you to feel like each work out is helping you to reach the goals you have set.
For some working out may be a life style, but for most it is something that need to be added to their existing life in a way that works for them.
Who ever said that workouts are not allowed to be fun. Not every workout needs to feel like one.
